Ha. You guys are hilarious. I actually did get to deal with the half of chicken with only the foot. I cut it up and cooked it the night before, mmm BBQ. I had thought that it was weird, but I managed to get through it. Then, the very next night I had to deal with oh so much more! ha. I lived, and I think I´m stronger for it. Props to Gina who has actually had to pluck a chicken. I do not envy you. ha. Love you guys. Thanks for writing. (I´ll try to get some pics of the market no matter how weird I look.)

Gina: The title of this should have been "No Fun for Momo" (or "No Fun, No Mo"). Funny!! Would it have been better to get the half of the chicken with just the foot or would that have been weirder? (Rosa says: what is up with that?)
Rosa: That sounds like a great meal. I'd like a recipe for Cherry Glazed chicken (sounds so good, says Gina). Of course, we'll buy a chicken further along in the prep process, but Gina has plucked chickens before. I guess she can do it. I would love, by the way, to have pics of the market, but they may be weirded out by a camera there. You don't want to look like a tourist and then try to bargain for a good price (kinda hard if you have an expensive camera). So I would like to hear about it when you can, but that can be later (we go out in service in the rurals here--chicken houses, ranches, fields, and nature moments--we've seen some gross stuff already, I could tell you stories, but I won't here). love and hugs, rosa and gina (that was a long comment, if i do say so myself, rw)
